I have used this script on another site and tags were generated automatically I believe - Now, about a year later i'm installing it on a new site and the tags don't seem to be generating.

I'm adding videos using the bulk uploader scrape from youtube thing..

Any ideas? I have cron.php getting hit every 5 minutes..
