Better Thumbs

Hi,

i want you guys to ask if somebody knows, how to make better thumbs. Some of my thumbs are black, if the video is dark/black at the beginning. How can i make the thumbs a few seconds later to be done?

try using the retake thumbs options from the video details in admin pannel
