Please help

There was someone who helped me b4 in the forum and I GREATLY appreciate his fast help on a site I have. After that things where running smoothly for months now Im back to seeing that video thumbnails are not showing on the front page. When I go to play them it works great! I need help in getting my featured thumbnail clips on front page to be visible. I went in my admin and clicked on "Process Queue/Convert again" but it is not working...thannks


Just updated found this in forum and it worked!
Login to admin area

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with

You have 3 options, select a different option and try upload a new video and see if thumbnails are created.
