Video Overlay Advertising

1. Do any of you guys know of a good place to get a flash player that we can integrate video overlay advertising into?
2. I am also trying to find out how we can make the player show couple of banners with links after the video ends instead of auto rewinding. Similar to what Xtube does at the end of their videos.

I use http://www.longtailvideo.com. They're still in beta but new features coming soon and it was fairly easy to integrate.
