change title, meta data and keywords

How do I change title, metadata and keywords of pages?

Is it possible? I am want to do a SEO job on the script but i dont see how i could do it.

You can add the details trrough admin area => System Settings , or you can edit the header.tpl file(templates/heade.tpl )
and add the details on top of the file
