    Default Page Not Found

    Here some complaint from my registered members:

    While uploading video, suddenly appear "PAGE NOT FOUND". The video also didn't show up.
    But, this thing not happen to me at all.

    I need your help, admin :)

    I don't see a reason for this error. It may be server problem, you need to check web server log for 404 errors.
