When someone signs up for my site I had it set so that they can use the site for 2 days then tney would be barred unless they uploaded a video then I would set their account for 1 year. . For some reason that stopped working. They have access to the site no matter what I do. I can put them to inactive but they can still view all videos. Yes I can lower the dl limit but do not want to do that. I am not a pay site so I only use the one free option. It use to work but now it down not. What could have changed. Help

oh well...no response... how do i get a full copy of 2.6 so that I can start over. Can you transfer my databases to the fresh copy so that everything works again.
