Conversion error

Uploaded avi files are not being converted, I get this arror massige: STARTING VIDEO CONVERSION (process_queue.id = 7)
ERROR: file not found.

Well, I can see the file in video folder... :(

Alot of ppl get this error and no one here wants to help, I also get the error.

login to admin area = > Miscellaneous Settings = > Video Processing => realtime processing

Delete content of templates_c/debug.txt and upload a new video. Post content of debug.txt file.

Also post web site url.

I'm having the same program. My file is in the video folder but In Process Queue it says

STARTING VIDEO CONVERSION (process_queue.id = 8)

I've tried everything you suggested with no luck. I contacted my hosting co. and it seemed to upload fine for them but not for my users...(pretty strange to me). Any help?

I think
ffmpeg-php is not working properly on your server.
You need to install ffmpeg-php on you server for working vshare script
