    First you need to get your host to set it up to allow files over 100mb most are capped at 100mb, then you need to do the .htaccess mod and php.ini.

    That won't do it zeffer.... I posted somewhere yesterday the error message I got when I set my memory use to 256 Mb, my upload limit 500 mb, and my max execution time to 700000 seconds. The error indicated that the upload form itself contained a max filesize spec that was broached by a 140 mb file.

    Nope. host has it set to 300mb

    I get his error
    Code:
    Temporary File Name :
    File Size :0
    File Type :
    File Name :joe-dirtp1.wmv.FLV
    [ERROR: 2] The uploaded file exceeds the MAX_FILE_SIZE directive that was specified in the HTML form

    I have a solution for you joe, get yourself a copy of sorenson squeeze or another video to flv convertor program. In these you can do a dodgey conversion of a file. Say if your files is 150mb you can do a dodgy coversion of a 56kb stream video. It will make the size around 15mb, once you have uploaded it. Make a good version of the flv in 768mb stream or 1mb stream and upload it to the flvideo folder, using the corresponding flv number your dodgy upload used. You will find you can upload any size to the cpanel.

    When i use manual upload then it shows up in my cpanel as used space.. when i do it using the script cpanel doesnt pick it up.

    I have used 8GB of space on my 3gb hosting plan.

    I want this to work without doing that.. I have a few people that want to upload 150mb files but are unable to.. Its annoying that the files are encrypted for this script :\

    In templates/upload.tpl, remove the line

    <input type="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="104857600">
