Thumbnail won't create

Login to admin area

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with

You have 3 options, select a different option and try upload a new video and see if thumbnails are created.

This option didn't work. But i'm guessing this is the problem:

sh: /usr/bin/ffmpeg: No such file or directory

Site Settings> Miscellaneous> PHP Path: /usr/bin/php
I can't find this USR folder

ffmpeg is not installed on the server or it is installed in different location.
