Error Please!!!

Hi. I have some questions.
1- FFMEG-PHP is installed but it is giving error.
2- Videos are not playing.
3- Video pictures is disappeared. For exp: There is no thumb/1_5.jpg file. How can it be happen?
4- How does uploded videos be active immediately?
5- Taking video from youtube is taking a long time. Why?
6- How grows video size and how minutes it take is?
7- Youtube videos are viewed properly. But if I loaded other flv it is not viewed. Convert error helping? Is this problem growing out of Server is supported by PHP4/5?

1- FFMEG-PHP You need to contact the server admin to fix this
2- This may be the convert erro.You can findout the details through our forum
3- If error with FFMEG-PHP can't can't create thumbnail, also please check the permission of "thumb" (777)
4. In admin area you can enable auto approve.
5,6- As depend on the size of the video and network speed.
7- For youtube import function you need to PHP5
