RSS FEED PROBLEMS - V2.5

I just purchased and installed V2.5 and finally got it working (had to use HostOnNet, not what I wanted, last resort) but I got the script installed and working, except when I click on the RSS button, I get an IE Error:

Internet Explorer cannot display this feed

Internet Explorer does not support feeds with DTDs.

The only info I could find on the Forum was from a previous version, and it suggested changing some lines in RSS.php, but that file is Encrypted....

Can Anyone Help!!!!

If you found any change needed to get it working on IE, let me know more details of what change you need in RSS output.
