How to set is show? I can't find any setting in admin control panel. I have only first 2 block (new video and recently view).

From the admin panel, in the video management section, click all videos. Pick the video you want to feature, and click edit. Scroll down, and set it as featured. Repeat for as many videos as you want to show.
Look, it's not steep till you need to stop ok !
