[Release] Fix Flash "Click to activate" issues

For those of you using the Flash based rotators and intros, your visitors have to click twice to actually use the Flash and it's annoying..so here is the fix for IE

Just a 2 minute edit and no more annoying double clicking to get the flash to respond.

I use this on my "Just Viewed" rotator.
