No Forced Sign Up

Hi, I have just installed version 2.7, everything seems to work ok, but the sign up/login form isnt coming up, I have set the guest limit to 1 but it still isnt doing it?

Can anyone help?

Its ok, I uploaded my video file again from my vshare 2.6 files and now its working
