Better english errors mod

*EDIT* updated to work with vshare release 2.4

I've updated some of the english error messages users get to make them sound better.

here are some examples of what i have changed:

before: Please Provide tag/s
after: Please provide tags

before: You became the member of this group!
after: You are now a member of this group!

before: Login: Username should not be null.
after: Login: Username should not be empty.

before: Upload: Unallowed characters in video title.
after: Upload: Disallowed characters in video title.

before: The Video Will Be Appear After Owner Approval
after: The video will appear after the group owner approves it

There are still some errors hard coded into the encrypted php which i don't have access too but i know admin is gradually moving them out to external files.

To use this mod just copy the files from the zip to your include\language\en directory

admin feel free to add these to next vshare update.
