Video time and thumbnails

Hi,

I have a problem when i upload flv files.
The thumbnails are not good and some times there are not thumbnails for the video that i upload.
Also the time of the video is 0:00 for those videos.
Is there any solution for this problem?

What is the permission of folder thumb ? It should be 777.

Login to admin area

Site Settings > Miscellaneous > Create Thumbnail with

You have 3 options, select a different option and try upload a new video and see if thumbnails are created.
