Video Converted with link But not showing

I can't seem to get the videos to show on the webpage anywhere. I uploaded the video, it converted and created the permalink. I can view the video with the permalink but its not on any channel or on the user page. The video settings are set to public. Please help.

Check if video get converted to flv format in flvideo folder.

Post content of templates_c/debug.txt after uploading a video.

Login to admin area and set the following

Site Configuration = > Site Settings = > System Settings = > Auto Approve

After that upload a test video .

Got to admin area

Approve Videos = > Approve

Video Management = > Inactive Videos = > Activate

Thanks. I didn't approve the videos at first. Its kind of strange being able to view a video with the permalink that hasn't been approved. That started my confusion.
