change max upload size?

Hi! How do you change the max Upload size? Where do I find the php.ini file? My site is hosted by hostonnet. Please help!

php.ini location will be available in your phpinfo.

On shared host, you will not able to modify it yourself. You may need to ask web host for changing the value.
