Default Questions about Import and Processing Settings

I just installed v2.5 for the 1st time, and it is working except for the RSS feed button on the upper right corner of the site...

I have some questions that I need answers to:

From ADmin Area, I followed instructions and uploaded a batch of video files to a folder I created "import" and chm all as instructed, and the files converted (when I look in process que, they state download complete) but they never show up on the site? Why?

I should also note that the script is set to Real-Time processing, and I did setup the Cron Job as instructed in the forum....

Does anyone have any ideas on what I am doing wrong, how to fix this import feature, or can tell me the differences between real-time, batch, and background processing, and why I would want to use each one?

Lastly, does anyone know where to obtain raw video footage that isn't watermarked from another site, etc? I'm looking for funny videos mostly. Thanks.

Importing video in admin area work only if you set cronjob.

You can run cronjob manually by visiting url

    http://yourdomain/cron.php

    Admin,

I did setup the Cron Job, as I stated in my original post....I followed all instructions perfectly, but the import function is not happening....and I am using your hosting at HostOnNet....you would have known this if you had read my entire post before commenting....I will await an informed answer and solution.Thanks.

If import video is not working, you need to verify your cronjob works.

So tryinng the cronjob youself by accessing the url, you will see what is happening.
