Zend Optimizer installed - http://.com/install says it isn't

I have installed Zend Optimizer yet, still showing not installed... phpinfo(); shows it installed.... what do i do????

This phpinfo do not have ZendOptimizer installed.

If installed, it will show like

My phpinfo.php shows the same as bizhat, yet when I visit my sites, it's saying that Zend is not installed. How do we fix this??

Never mind...turns out that Zend was not *completely* installed. I checked the phpinfo.php of the bizhat demo vs the phpinfo.php of what's on my server and there's quite a few things missing.
