This Software Doesn't Work!

Dear Support,

When I try to view a channel or movie I get an error page. Nothing will view. I have been asking for help for about 4 months now. Noone will tell me how to get the files uploaded. The support is not doing anything to help. How do I upload the files needed to make this work. I need some instruction or assistance. Thanks for the help. With kindest personal regards.

I had a bit of trouble at the beginning but everything was solved after some reading and help from the forums...
