Make REPLIES TO COMMENTS Public

Right now when I go to reply to a comment made on my videos, it is sent privately and takes me to my "inbox" rather than having the reply posted to the comments on the video page. I'd like to see the replies made public.

I agree - as I had to answer a comment privately a few minutes ago only to copy and paste it into the comments box for everyone to read.

Perhaps a choice of public or private.

I have to re-visit this old thread because it's still making the Replies to Comments be sent as a private message rather than public.

The link to remove the Reply feature is found in video_comments.tpl if anybody else needs to remove this from their templates, for now, until such time as replies to posts are made public.
