And now it won't let me login into the site. Does one have to do with the other?

EDIT: On second review, not only can I NOT sign into my Admin section, I can't sign into the site itself, NOR can I sign up for a NEW account. Something haywire is going on, and I need someone in charge to contact me, ASAP.
