vIDEOS PLAY BUT CANT SEE THE PICTURES OF VIDEOS AT THE BEGINNING

i have purchased my licence for this script at PongTube.com on my domain NAME the video image isnt showing at the front of the site n video it says no thumbnail how do i get the pic of the video to show on it BEFORE i play it please help in stead of that dark background with the video timing that says no thumbnail .


i am using 2.7 and i also notice a bug u cant delete a group or friends

You going to your admin and login and go to site setting and after that Miscellanious and take your Create Thumbnail with: to mplayer

the friends delete actual works the group doesnt but my main problem is to get the image to show on the videos

my site video images works so i don't think this is a bug try to install your script again :)

i think your admin setting is to ffmpeg.php and don't mplayer

i solve it go admin control panel then site settings then Miscellaneous and set Create Thumbnail with: ffmpeg if u already upload a video reupload it and it will show
