TAGS not working?

I am putting up a new VShare-based webiste...
my problem is that TAGS are not working properly...
On my Home page only the last 5 tags are showed (while in "admin-->settings" i Choose to have 20)
and if I go to the tags pageonly these 5 tags are shown and nothing else...

(btw the site is 7080.it)

I don't have a clue about your problem other than maybe you don't have enough different tags in the database to show that many.

I have an issue with tags as well, only a little different.

I have 4 vShare sites (all 2.6) . On 3 of them, the tags cloud works (showing different sizes for the words). In one of the sites, the tags cloud is dead (old format).

There are 2 differences between the sites: 3 of the sites (the working ones) are in their own directory and the "broken" one is in a subdirectory. The other difference is that the 3 in their own directories were UPGRADES and the one in the subdirectory was a fresh install.

I wouldn't think that having the vshare in a subdirectory would "break" the tag cloud, but that's the only difference, other than fresh-install vs. upgrade...and that shouldn't matter either. Anybody have any ideas? For the life of me, I can't figure it out.
