videos not working

upload video
video in video folder
i login to admin find video and press convert
check flvideo folder and no video

why doesnt the video convert itself?
why isnt the video in this folder after i even converted it?

You need to check if video is getting converted to FLV, if not check debug log file at templates_c/debug.txt

yes video is in the debug file as you wrote to check for....

Delete debug.txt file, upload a video, it will generate debug.txt file for that video. Post it here.
