I purchased vshare and went to download it and wasn't working my computer started to freeze up So I stopped and retried it. When I went back to the download link, this is the message I received:
"This download link has expired. Please contact the seller at [email protected] with the following information:

Download Link
Transaction ID

I have e-mailed several times with no reply

Please let me know what to do to make this work.
