no thumb generated on upload

I dont get any thumbs on my site when uploading..title only

If you are using vShare 2.6

Login to admin area = > Site Configuration = > Miscellaneous Settings = > Create Thumbnail with = > mplayer,ffmpeg,ffmpeg-php

(try with all) = > save

After that ,Video Management = > click on the video = > Create Thumb (0n the bottomm)
