Error when clicking Upload and you're not logged

Hello
Try clicking upload at header menu, without login.
Gives you the following

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include/language/en/subscription.php' (include_path='/home/ciudadco/public_html/include/PEAR/:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/username/public_html/upload.php on line 8

(be aware that template is translated, just in case the error is caused by the translated files)

Yeah its weird i just did a site and im getting this error, im looking into it now and remember someone posted a few days about it.

the include/language/en/subscription.php file is missing from vshare....when admin gives it us all our problems will be fixed.

them missing file is included now in the vshare zip
