Problem with a new installation

Hello, I changed my hosting and I want to re install the script, but I have this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /install/create_tables.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I never had this problem before, I have to change hosting 2x.

And if I type the address w ww.xxx.com i have this message:

ERROR: Unable to execute query

SELECT * FROM poll_question WHERE start_date<='2009-01-31' AND end_date>='2009-01-31' ORDER BY rand() limit 1
Table 'xxxxx_xxxx.poll_question' doesn't exist

This can be due to folder permission, upload a test php file to the folder and try access it. Also check the permission /owner of the folder/files.

Table 'xxxxx_xxxx.poll_question' doesn't exist

This is because vshare is not able to access the table, it is not present in your database. Login to phpmyadmin and see if database have tables in it.

HI, I uploaded a new template, and I'm finding some problems. My vshare is 2.6 version, but I can't see the videos I'm not sure if the problem is with the view_video.tpl or view_video.php or ... Yesterday all was runnig, the error begin with the new template. And the template is correct!!
I'm not sure If I must re-install the script, or only the templates ... or/and all the php files ... Anybody can help me?
