Fatal Error ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php

Hey Beeps,
i have a problem i get this fatel error the whole time.
and i have seen in a topic that i need to Reinstall ffmpeg and ffmpeg-php
How can i do that ?
I uploaded it again Binair Modus, but still the same Fatal error

Fatal error: Class 'ffmpeg_movie' not found in /usr/www/virtual/skling/www.porndozo.com/upload.php on line 308

Can u guys help me out ?

Yes i have checked that.
But i dont understand how i can reinstall.
And does this have something to do with my webhosting so i need to contact them for the solution ?

You will not able to install it yourself. You need to ask your web host to install it. See the requirements

You need all the software installed to get the video converted.

My host said that they are not able to complile the FFMPEG and I was wondering if someone could help us out here? Everything else goes ok when they are installing but when they compile they are not able too.
