Cannot run installer

I have followed the steps on the wiki.

I am stuck on the

5. Run installer at

http://yourdomain.extn/install/index.php

6. After installation, login to admin control panel at

http://yourdomain.extn/admin/index.php

i have tried updating .htaccess...
still won't work

how do you fix this?

upload vShare files and access http://topzzang.net/install

Ok,
when I upload using File Zilla
I go into the Vshare2.7 folder and select all the folders and files in there
and just drag the files and folders to the right side(remote site)

i dunno where index of is
do I need to change someting?

It says:

that's all...

Is there a way to "RESET" the database or the file directories?
I think I messed them up....
