Nice skins, but how to buy without owning a credit-card ?

Google Checkout requires a credit card to register with it.

Paypal would be possible, but is not welcomed at yours.

Yes, I would have purchased already with Paypal too.

The reason I don't take PayPal anymore is because people were falsely filing disputes with paypal after they installed their skin, in an attempt to get it free.
If you use ePassporte, I can also accept that.

I honestly dont understand the problem.

The paypal-staff is very used of this "disputers" and their fraudulation tactics.

They do not get the money back anyways.

By that, it cant be the right way to exclude hundreds of potential paypal-buyers (who can only pay via paypal) just because two or three nerds try their senseless disputing-kidderie.

You should think about that once again ... cant be that xx legit persons want to buy a product, but cant pay because beeing excluded from the worlds nr.1 payment-gateway.

Had I seen a drop in sales after taking away the PayPal option, I would reconsider it. But my sales have actually increased, so I won't be going back to PayPal anytime soon.

Well, if thats your point of view, allright.

Luckily other sellers think different, imagine i would had not been able to purchase galnet`s videos beeing watched right now ... mod via paypal last week. *jesus ! ^^

So as ptube does not want my money, i ask if anyone else has a youtube-like or any other goodlooking template for vshare 2.6 and would like to have 20 USD more on his paypal-account ?!

Surely your products would be classed as "Non Tangable goods!" in other words chargebacks would not happen, another way is to offer membership, that way you are covered, membership would come into non tangable goods, where chargebacks cannot happen with paypal.....

Back to your skins, users cannot really see the whole template working, you have 1 index page that is it, I would of thought serious skin designers would let users see all the working, and also make sure it is at least all browser compliant.

I do my own work such as here > http://www.abeez.co.uk But have never had time to finish, a lot of work went into changing a lot of the cssm and changing mot to tabless layout.

I've been in e-commerce since 1998 and I've had more charge backs on credit cards then Paypal 1000 to 1 .. Just because your using Google, don't think that if someone buys from you, they can't easily do a charge back. If I use my Credit Card to purchase from you, I guarantee I can reverse the charges on any purchase I make with you and you will never win in your current situation. The credit card companies always stand behind there customers, I could tell you some horror stories from the store owner perspective.

Sure you may loose a sale like you say once in a while, but your loosing much more sales by not accepting Paypal payments. For the most part customers are loyal, it's too bad your letting your emotions get the best of your pocket book.

The problem I foresee with having a complete working demo of every skin created would mean a complete installation of vshare for each one and that would be completely insane.
