Subscription is NOT updating

on ver. 2 8 1 when someone join via the CCbill package and pay their subscription status dont get updated so they have the alert message..your subscription has expired....
their status on the admin/all users show as INACTIVE
I have to manually edit that subscription from admin ( email verifird is NO + account status is inactive ) and it will work eventually..

also they dont get the welcome email

any idea?

Please open a support ticket with your vShare admin and FTP login details.

We can check it.

Also check the following files are exist,

vShare/payment/ccbill_ipn.php
vShare/payment/ccbill_success.php
