Save My Users!

I recently had an upgrade done, and lost all my users. How can i avoid this with future upgrades.. or how can i get the info to import my users names and passwords?? Or is this a User Data file where I can add the old users to?

Upgrade will never deleted any users data. It should be some thing you have done wrong.

If you have database backup, you can restore it. There is no other way. Always take a backup before doing upgrade, so if anything went wrong, you can restore database.

Ok - Is there a thread on how to back up database. I see several on m cpanel, but cant figure out what does what

going from memory can you not just click the link with the name of your database....then you should get an archive to download.
