contact list gets deleted even if you click cancel

on http://video.bizhat.com/friends.php click "new list" and create contact list...then select it from the "view" drop down box. then choose the "(delete list)" link that apears. it asks you if you want to delete the contact list....click "cancel"....and it gets deleted anyway.

minor bug as i dont think many users will use the feature....but you never know.
