Default Default thumbnail when none is created

Is there a way we can have a default thumbnail when none is created by the processing sequence. I just saw 3 vids on my site that didnt produce a thumbnail but yet were still able to be seen. Needless to say it is an eyesore.

nope, just saying it would be nice to have as a feature....we should be getting the ability to re-take thumbs again next version so that should help fix them. But if ffmpeg doesn't support the video codec a broken image will always appear.
