I just emailed all my users from my vshare admin panel -- but the email was sent as TEXT only -- no HTML or links.. IS there a setting I must configure to send in HTML with links??

emailing in vshare is broken. it sends emails as text with html code which means that text only readers display the emails as text with html code everywhere which makes them hard to read. in some email clients that do suport html it sometimes still displays it as text with html code or nothing at all.

emails need to be fixed so that we can choose text only emails so that everyone can read them or do both text and html emails so that html emails will be displayed but if the users mail reader does not support html then it gets displayed as text.

i don't think there is anything we can do as its hard coded into the script.

Post this in the "bugs" section. They check that regularly and usually respond right away. Make your subject line specific.

well i have mentioned it a number of times in the past with no response from admin....i'll post it as a bug and see if anything gets done.
