I have configured php with the configation you provided. All other settings are correct on the server. I made some corrections to mysql too. The mysql gone away error has been fixed. While uploading the video I got the following error:

MP3 audio selected.
New_Face failed. Maybe the font path is wrong.
Please supply the text font file (~/.mplayer/subfont.ttf).
subtitle font: load_sub_face failed.

Please specify the correct font path in your upload script, the path there is not correct.

I received that from my server admin what can I do to solve that problem?
