How do I change embed iframe code

added: It still gives me a reduced window but I have to enable scroll bars to see the whole image.
Am I screwing something up?
If you view an embed from youtube the image zooms down with
a reduction in size - this code doesn't have a zoom function - only a scroll.

If you go to http://www.fastmetal.co.nz you'll see the embed and the problem
