problem importing videos

i cant import video,well yes but they are IN PROCESS QUEUE but after many days they are not in the web so .what i have to do?
i have hosting on hostonnet.com
and i have php 5

you need to run http://www.websitename.ext/cron.php , so that ur import files can be converted. its better if u set a 5 min cron job for this. or whenever u add import files, run cron.php so that it can start conversion.
