[FIXED] Privcate videos are shown to public

Flagged videos that have been set to private by admin (or set to private by user) are still shown to public (not logged viewers).

I hope the next release will update this because I will be using Adsense and I want to control adult content posted by members by putting them in private.

Just like what YouTube does when you try to view a video that has been flagged by the community.

I appreciate the active development of the script.
