NEW CUSTOMER - HELP NEEDED

Dear Sir,

I am a new cstomer. Transaction id:5VH56636FE8805007

I have successfully installed the script. I have also managed the cron job creation.
I have enabled "background progess" from admin.

I tried to uploaded my videos in newly created import folder of template_c directory.
Now I don't find the path to watch these videos.

Secondly,I signed up and got an email confirmation too. Tried to uplaad video.
Frsty I got error 500.
I chmoded all files at cgi-bin to 755. Then the error disappeared.
And I uploaded my video but I still get the error saying:
NO FILE FLENGTH FOUND and then the page is redirected to an error message:
ERROR: Failed to mkdir /home/web/vshare/templates_c/: No such file or directory

I'm lost and I need someone to help me out.

It seems you have not set permission for perl files.

Try disabling upload progress bar in include/settings/upload.php

$use_upload_progress_bar = 0;

Then upload a video and see if that works.

I did change what you said.
The progressing bar disappeared.

Then I tried to upload a video flv file (6M approx) the following error came,

[ERROR: 1] The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini

For your information, My hosting people have all the tools required for this script.

I hope you'll find a way out. Please don't go away.

BTW: I misspelt my url last time:

admin is default. You can make changes from admin if needed.
I couldn't give you cpanel login coz my host has disabled all IP's except mine for security reasons.

You need to modify php.ini file

Change value of - upload_max_filesize

You can ask your web host to do this.
