Does this script have a maximum views by an IP address?

similar to "http://www.megarotic.com/video/"

you can only see 8 videos in a calendar day, unless you sign up for there package.

I have seen a couple of sites using this script requiring sign up before viewing any videos, but I was wondering if the other was alo available.
