My Banner Page is Corrupted

i Mistakenly copied and pasted a perl script on my top_banner template in the admin page of my website (http://www.naijawatch.com) and for some reason I am not able to delete the script and have my banner page like it was before. Every time I do I keep getting an error message. I need help. my email is [email protected]. thanks
