rearranging the view_video.tpl help

Hey guys, I'm trying to take a few of the sections that appear under the video, and place them next to the video on the right had side.

I'd like to remove the NEXT and PREV video section all together, and replace it with:

- User Details
- Video Details
- Share Details

So that those appear above the Related video box.

Can anyone help with this?

I've edited the view_video.tpl but I keep getting errors when I upload the edited template.

What errors are you getting? Also, you may want to wait a day or two as Vshare 2.6 is about to release.

I can duplicate the errors if you need them exactly, but they were a bunch of "unexpected {if}" errors. I admit I'm not very well versed with a lot of this, most of my sites use Joomla as the backend and I just edit the php. This is my first time really trying to dig in to the code of something.

I thought it'd be easy enough to move those three sections over into the right hand column, but every time I try I get the errors and the page won't load at all.

Also, will updating to 2.6 kill all of the editing I've done so far to the other template files?

So I finally figured it out. I was editing in Notepad which had WordWrap turned on and it was breaking lines of code, lol.
