I must have provoked some problem: in order which reason so much exists space between banner and the rest of the website?

It seems you have not upgraded to latest version.

To fix open

templates/header.tpl


FIND

<table width="98%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="center">
<tr>

This will be at end of header.tpl

REPLACE WITh

<table width="98%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" align="center">
<tr valign=top>

Now you need to delete the files in templates_c folder, or it take some time to update the changes depending on server configuration.
