Error on Main Page, Right Margin area

After I uploaded a batch of videos, I noticed that the right margin boxes were gone and down across the bottom, I have the following error -

Earlier this afternoon I had added some links but it had been working fine. Once I saw this error, I removed the links but the error remains. Any ideas what might be causing this?
