I still cannot get my embedded videos to play

Hello,

Just installed the script and everything is working perfectly except for the embedded code. It seems that the code being generated is omitting the file name for the movie and the player wont work. please help. I have tried all the fixes I could find in the forum and still not working. I installed 6.2 so I am not sure how to fix this.
